These terms apply when you purchase a Product Story explainer video package from Gravity Zero Ltd via productstory.io. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The service

For $149, you receive a done-for-you SaaS explainer video package that includes royalty-free music, high-quality AI voiceover, and up to 5 revision rounds on the delivered cut. Exact length and creative direction are agreed after you share your product brief.

What you provide

You are responsible for providing accurate product information, access to necessary assets (logo, screenshots, brand guidelines), and timely feedback during revisions. Delays in feedback may extend delivery timelines.

Revisions

Your purchase includes 5 revision rounds after the first draft. A revision round is a bundled set of feedback on script, visuals, pacing, music, or voiceover. Additional rounds, major scope changes, or new video variants after delivery may be quoted separately at a small fee.

Deliverables and ownership

Upon completion and payment, you receive a commercial license to use the final video deliverables for your product marketing (website, ads, social, and sales materials). Music is provided under royalty-free terms suitable for commercial use as included in the package. Source project files are not included unless agreed in writing. The video is produced as an editable project — not a locked one-shot AI generation — so future adjustments can be requested for a separate fee.

AI voiceover

Narration may use high-quality AI voice synthesis. You acknowledge that AI-generated voiceover is part of the package unless a human VO upgrade is agreed separately.

Refund guarantee

If, after using your included revision rounds, you are not reasonably satisfied with the final deliverable, contact us at hello@productstory.io within 14 days of the final delivery and we will refund the amount you paid in full to your original payment method. Refunds are not available for completed work you have already published commercially in a way that makes a good-faith dissatisfaction claim unreasonable, or for requests outside the scope of the purchased package.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Zero Ltd’s total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or marketing performance results.
