All the information that we hold about you is provided to us by yourself when you use our Service — for example when you purchase a video package, or email us about a project. We will tell you why we need the information and how we will use it.

Our Lawful Basis is: performance of a contract to deliver our Service to you and our Legitimate Interests are where you are a customer of our Service; processing for direct marketing purposes, or to prevent fraud; and processing necessary to ensure network and information security, including preventing unauthorised access.

• Deliver your Product Story video package and related support.
• Process payments.
• Direct your enquiries to the appropriate customer support staff.

This includes:

• Billing details processed by our payment provider
• Project materials you voluntarily share (e.g. product links, brand assets)

• Our payment processor (Stripe) for processing card payments.
• Our analytics provider (Plausible), if enabled — privacy-friendly and without personal tracking cookies.
• Our legal advisors in the event of a dispute or other legal matter.

• Any other party where we ask you and you consent to the sharing.

We transfer personal data to the following third countries or international organisations using appropriate safeguards because we rely on third-party services to deliver our Service.

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails and other messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. Transactional messages about your order are separate from marketing.

Ordinary use of the website does not rely on tracking cookies. We do not store personal information in first-party cookies for advertising, nor do we use third-party ad trackers.
